We specialize in high-quality materials, primarily using 14ct and 18ct recycled gold, alongside hand-carved semi-precious stones and ethically sourced diamonds. Each piece is designed to be a modern heirloom.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
In-stock items are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days. For domestic orders, delivery usually takes 1-3 days, while international shipping can take 5-10 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
What is your return policy?
We offer returns on unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned, and bespoke or engraved pieces are final sale.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To maintain the brilliance of your pieces, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store your jewelry in its original pouch and clean gently with a soft, lint-free cloth.
Can I request a custom size or a bespoke design?
