We offer a 14-day return window for all unworn, signature BY PARIAH pieces in their original packaging. Please note that bespoke commissions and engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Package

Place the jewelry in its original BY PARIAH presentation box and secure it within a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Download and print your pre-paid return label from the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

Refund Processing

Once our atelier inspects the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
